Ingredients
- 200 gPlain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 100 gMango, peeled
- 80 ml1% milk
- 50 mlWater
Steps
Prepare the mango
Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the stone. Use the measured amount of flesh, or thaw frozen mango in the fridge.
Blend
Blend mango, yogurt, milk and water until smooth. Pause to scrape the sides if fruit is stuck above the blades.
Serve
Add another small splash of water if you want a thinner drink. Pour into a glass and serve cold. Split into smaller portions if that is more useful.
For a smaller portion
Pour half into a small glass and refrigerate the rest. Lactose-free yogurt and milk can be used if those suit you better.
Notes
- Best freshly blended. Keep covered at 40°F / 4°C or below and use within 24 hours.
- The natural sweetness depends on the mango. Added sugar or honey is not included in this recipe or its nutrition estimate.
