Methodology & Sourcing

Sources

Every article is derived from primary sources: peer-reviewed journals (NEJM, Lancet, JAMA), clinical trial registries (ClinicalTrials.gov), and FDA / EMA regulatory filings. Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk investor disclosures are treated as primary for their own trial readouts. Every claim that references a number or trial result is linked to the source.

Fact-checking

We do not write from memory. Every article is researched using live search against the published literature. When we fact-check a YouTube video or public claim, we quote the specific statement and cross-reference it against the relevant trial data.

Updates

Clinical trial data is a moving target. Articles are dated at the bottom with the last review month. Trackers — clinical trials, FDA timeline, news — are refreshed when new readouts are published.
